Non-comprehensive Unlimited Calls Maintenance Support
- Response time for non-comprehensive Unlimited call is 2-4 working days.
- A replacement similar hoist will be installed at the site for the interim period to ensure no downtime for the clients. No on-site repairs will be carried out.
- Repairs will be carried out upon the approval of quotation by the clients. Invoice will be issued upon repair and reinstatement.
- The hoist will be repaired and reinstated and re install.
- Periodic yearly training will be conducted for the clients’ team. This is in anticipation of clients’ team turn over and to ensure that all staff are trained to use the system seamlessly.
Comprehensive & Unlimited calls Maintenance Support
- Response time for comprehensive Unlimited call is within 24 hours from the reporting time.
- A replacement similar hoist will be installed at the site for the interim period to ensure no down time for the clients. No on-site repairs will be carried out.
- Repairs or replacement will be carried out upon diagnosis of the trouble shooting.
- The repaired or replacement of parts will be installed and reinstated after completion of repair or replacement of parts. All repair and replacement of parts are inclusive of the comprehensive support.
- Periodic yearly training will be conducted for clients’ team. This is in anticipation of clients’ team turn over and to ensure that all staff are trained to use the system seamlessly.
