Milestones
1
Week 1
- Removal of fans, false ceiling boards, shower curtains.
- Preparing laser marking mounting positions for tracks.
- Drilling of accurate mounting points.
2
Week 2
- Installation of down rods and lateral braces on concrete ceiling top for preparation of tracks installation.
- Replace, re-instate and install false ceiling board.
- Installation of tracks, re-instate fans, shower curtains.
- Checking of all tracks alignment.
- Ensuring electrical charging points are installed at the right places.

Week 3
- Integrate gates, turn tables with H systems.
- Install hoists, make good ceiling boards.
- Assemble moveable shower beds.
4
Week 4
- Testing of all hoists on tracks, gates, turn table and H system with the shower beds.
- Mock up integration of operation with Hoist system and shower beds.
- Professional engineers to conduct PE Structure & PE load test.
- First training of clients’ team.
- Subsequent training to be conducted after commissioning.
- Official commissioning of the system.
- Follow up bi-monthly check in to ensure hoist and shower beds solutions are integrating well.
